Zucchini has got to be my favorite summertime vegetable....and with cheese....mmmmmm. A funny story: I lived in a little farm town for a couple of years. The locals gave me this piece of advice that I chose to ignore: When you go into town in the summertime, be sure to lock your car doors when you park. Otherwise you will come back to a backseat full of zucchinis that people are trying to get rid of. They grew very plentiful in that little town! It was heavenly and I still haven't gotten my fill of this great veggie! Oh, yummy! Zucchini has got to be my favorite summertime vegetable….and with cheese….mmmmmm.
