		<description>The sudden onset of panna cotta recipes on line have inspired me to make this as our Valentine Themed Dessert on Saturday Night. Sadly, our guests are not chocolate lovers therefore it will be yogurt and vanilla with Balsamic glazed strawberries. I will post my recipe next week.</description>
