Donna,

Several months ago Holly tweeted your blog about the 5-minute puff pastry. Well, I finally made it a few days ago and it was delicious!

I made a savory vegetable and cheese tart and it was so good! I can't wait to make it again. I had a little dough left over and I froze to see how it would freeze. I think I will make some mini savory tarts for tomorrow's dinner.

Thanks so much for this recipe. So easy and such a gorgeous dough to work with too.

Frieda - love your blog! I will use it when I need baking ideas - which is often!

Since you are a baker (and I am NOT) - I'd love your comments about this recipe when you make it.
