I crank up the heat to the the highest &quot;Screaming Hot&quot; setting and then spray the peach halves with a little oil. I put them cut side down and just let them sit for a minute or two - they cook really quickly. Then turn them over for just another minute.

Peaches need to be ripe but firm, not mushy or they will fall apart on the grill.</description>
