		<description>Maria - If you&#039;ve never tried tofu, this is a great way to start. We should look at tofu like an ingredient- kind of like white flour. No one would ever sit down and eat a plate of white flour - that would be nasty. Same with tofu - you have to think of it as an ingredient. Anne also makes a chocolate &quot;cheesecake&quot; (cheese-less of course!) with tofu that is delish. We will have to post that one of these days.</description>
