Stir in some salt, pepper and a little extra virgin olive oil. Seriously, the olive oil makes tomatoes taste so much better and also increases their nutritional value, so you can’t lose!
And, always serve salsa at room temperature – the warm temperature improves its flavor tremendously as well.
