It’s officially T-4 days until the start of the grilling season! I have TWO different Memorial Day events to attend, on on Sunday and one on Monday, so as I was perusing some of our favorite cookout creations for some potluck inspiration, I thought I’d share a few hits with you!
Starting with our lead-in photo: What says cookout more emphatically than meat on a stick? Donna’s husband, a virtuoso grillmeister, proclaimed these Caribbean Kebabs the best kebabs he’d ever eaten.
