It’s officially T-4 days until the start of the grilling season! I have TWO different Memorial Day events to attend, on on Sunday and one on Monday, so as I was perusing some of our favorite cookout creations for some potluck inspiration, I thought I’d share a few hits with you!

Starting with our lead-in photo: What says cookout more emphatically than meat on a stick? Donna’s husband, a virtuoso grillmeister, proclaimed these Caribbean Kebabs the best kebabs he’d ever eaten.

 

Flank Steak Fajitas!

Next, Donna shows us her secret to flavorful, fabulous fajitas. If you’re grilling meat of any kind, no matter what type it is, it can benefit from this approach to marinade.

 

Zestiest of all summer soups: Gazpacho!

For something spicily refreshing to accompany your grilled creations, how about some gazpacho? We give you two approaches here!

 

Who needs potato chips?

What’s that you say? Bring a bag of chips to the party? Why do that when you can make these delectably easy little Grilled Potato Rounds?

 

Try grilled pizza with pepper rings or any of your usual favorite toppings!

And finally, if you’ve never tried pizza on the grill, take this weekend to give it a try. Talk about a way to make your mark at any gathering!
