Naturally Frugal Challenge Holiday Entries!

December 2, 2010 By Anne 1 Comment

Check out these delectable offerings from our Challenge participants!

Ultimate Autumn Quiche

Kimberly of The Urban Luddite offered us a dairy-free Ultimate Autumn Quiche! Couldn’t resist using the tempting photo.

She also gives us Spiced Pumpkin Oatmeal! I always need more breakfast ideas.

Rebecca offers up a really lovely Autumn Harvest Soup with Pumpkin Dinner Rolls.

Averie shares a Caribbean Coconut Rice with Garbanzos and Veggies -what promising flavor combinations.

Katie has a Slow Cooker Indian Curry Stew with Turban Squash – I’m always looking for new slow cooker ideas.

And the dairy-free diva herself, Alisa, offers us a Peanut Miso Sauce Chicken. I’d have to use cashews, but I’ll bet the results are fantastic either way!

Check back tomorrow for the winner!
