Treat youself this summer by trying a savory parfait. Yes, I am serious. Savory parfaits are delicious, and a fabulous way to do a no-cook dinner.
This parfait has a delightful combo of chunks of mango, crab, avocado and peaches. But wait. The deliciousness does not end there. Then, you make an easy garlic aioli to spoon between the layers. Now that is an easy summer dinner at its finest.
You could try other summer veggies from your garden as well. I like the idea of tomatoes and cucumbers in the mix. And maybe some sweet red bell peppers? Let your imagination run wild, I say.
You could also throw in cubes of bread to make this more like a trifle texture. Good thing summer is not over yet!
